International experts from Spain, Colombia and Argentina participated in the first Business Families Forum, organized by the Family Business Study and Development Unit of the Universidad Espíritu Santo (UEES), on July 14 and 15.

Este evento académico, tuvo como objetivo orientar e informar sobre las buenas prácticas de gestión, dirección y gobierno en el sector de la empresa familiar.

Durante el foro se analizaron los desafíos de los ciclos generacionales con el fin de favorecer la continuidad de este tipo de compañías.
