The JUEES Magazine was born in 2020 with the purpose of promoting scientific research in the Ecuadorian legal field. This project originates from the initiative and mystique of the highest authorities of the Universidad Espiritu Santo del Ecuador (UEES), its chancellor Carlos Ortega Maldonado and its rector Joaquin Hernandez. Project that would materialize thanks to the firm and dedicated work of those who integrate the Direction of the Magazine with the fundamental contribution of four students of last year of the career of Law of the UEES, Herlinda Pincay Matute, Roberto Torres Novillo, Doménica Borja Hernandez and Gema Ibáñez Mendoza. All this with the support and academic endorsement of the Faculty of Law, Politics and Development and the Graduate School of Law of our University.
