Formar profesionales de cuarto nivel con sólida formación en Derecho Administrativo y Contratación Pública, capaces de analizar, asesorar y resolver problemas jurídicos complejos en las relaciones entre el sector público y privado. La maestría promueve la investigación aplicada, el pensamiento crítico y la toma de decisiones en entornos dinámicos y globalizados, dentro de un marco de ética, responsabilidad social y servicio al interés público.
Dirigido a profesionales con título de tercer nivel de grado, preferentemente en Derecho debidamente inscritos en el Ministerio de Educación, Deporte y Cultura, en especial, operadores de justicia, fiscales, servidores judiciales, defensores públicos, asesores legales y abogados en libre ejercicio, que estén interesados en conocer, aprender y entender la importancia y aplicación del Derecho Administrativo y la Contratación Pública en las relaciones jurídicas y cotidianas de los ciudadanos con la Administración Pública.
