State of Rights?

The article unravels what the State of Rights seeks and means, for which it reviews the conceptualization of the State, its purposes, elements and some of its forms.

Based on the construction of the notion of the State of Rights, the consequences that its implementation generates are analyzed, concluding that the State of Rights, far from effectively protecting them, ends up affecting them, especially the right to freedom.
