Professional profile to be obtained

The graduate of the master's program will be a professional with the competencies to:

Differentiate the constitutional rights and obligations of legal entities.
To understand the role of entrepreneurship in society.
To understand the legal regime of private property, its scope, limits and guarantees. To assimilate the social and environmental function of property.
Develop different business contracts and typical, atypical and financial contractual clauses.
Apply and advise on the legal treatment in force with respect to the labor factor, rights of workers and employees, their obligations, employer's powers and their limitations.
To understand the legal-tax relationship of the company, taxpayers' rights, powers and competencies of the IRS.
To use the tools obtained from the knowledge of the basic notions of criminal law, and thus be able to advise on the criminal liability of legal persons.
Provide preventive advisory services to companies regarding regulatory compliance and the relationship between the State and the company, in order to avoid possible conflicts or sanctions, as well as defense in administrative and judicial proceedings.
To know and apply the aspects related to the lifting of the corporate veil.
Advise in the area of public law, through the establishment of public companies.
Advise on the means of resolving legal disputes and intellectual property rights.
Be able to conduct legal research related to business law, from the academic to the professional.

Utilizar las herramientas obtenidas producto del conocimiento de las nociones básicas del derecho penal, y así poder asesorar respecto a la responsabilidad penal de las personas jurídicas

Conocer y aplicar los aspectos relativos al levantamiento del velo societario. Asesorar en el área del Derecho Público, mediante el establecimiento de empresas públicas. Estar en capacidad de realizar investigaciones jurídicas relacionadas al derecho empresarial, desde lo académico a lo profesional.

Copia de cédula de identidad.
Copia del Certificado de Registro de título que evidencie estudios de tercer nivel de grado en el Ministerio de Educación, Deporte y Cultura (MINEDEC). Para el caso de títulos emitidos en el extranjero deben cargar el diploma debidamente apostillado o legalizado por vía consular.

Realizar el pago de inscripción a través del portal de servicios UEES (valor no reembolsable y válido por 12 meses).
