Today, UEES incorporated its fourth graduating class of Physicians and seventh graduating class of Nutrition and Dietetics graduates from the «Dr. Enrique Ortega Moreira» School of Medical Sciences.

Dr. Guillermo Flores Zapata, UEES Institutional Controller, took the collective oath, while Dr. Pedro Barberán Torres took the Hippocratic oath, which is taken exclusively by physicians.

During the ceremony, the academic distinctions of Cum Laude graduation were awarded to students who have obtained an overall cumulative average between 95 and 96 out of 100 during their studies at UEES.

The physicians who received these distinctions are Patricia Ledesma Arroba with a score of 95.33 and Laura Guerrero Ortiz with a score of 95.25.

Dr. Joaquín Hernández Alvarado, Rector, closed the event with some emotional words and wishes of success for these new UEES professionals.
