The internationalization of higher education has become increasingly relevant in the globalized world. Dual degree programs are an excellent option to underpin the foundations of international cooperation between universities, as they offer several advantages for both students and institutions. In this context, the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and the University of Holy Spirit Specialties, through the School of International Studies, have successfully established an academic cooperation to foster international education.

The international agreement signed between UNICATT and UEES allows students of the International Negotiations program to validate their last year of study for the first year of the Master's degree in Management at the Milan campus of Sacro Cuore University. This strategic alliance provides multiple benefits to students, such as advancing in their master's degree courses, which implies a reduction in study time and tuition fees. Above all, it should be noted that this agreement offers students the opportunity to gain an international perspective in their field of study and experience a different academic and cultural environment.

Within this framework of cooperation, a delegation from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore visited our campus with the aim of promoting among International Business students the opportunity to complete the Master's Degree in Management. In addition, to further strengthen the relationship between the two institutions, representatives Edilio Mazzoleni, Director; Gianluca Samsa, Associate Director of International Education and Dual Degrees; Ilaria Bossi, Associate Director of International Recruitment; and Martina Peretti, International Student Advisor, also met with deans and directors of different schools at UEES to explore additional cooperation opportunities. The delegation met with the faculty of Engineering, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Business and Economics, and Humanities to create dual degree programs, customized exchange agreements, generation of mentions and other collaboration opportunities.

In addition, the agreement between UNICATT and UEES is a major breakthrough in the internationalization of higher education and demonstrates UEES' commitment to educating students with a global perspective. This agreement provides the opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding of global business practices, cultural differences and international networks. Those who choose to pursue their studies in this modality will enhance their future careers, as this experience provides them with a competitive edge and a unique set of skills that can be applied in a variety of international environments. In addition, UEES students who apply to the agreement receive personalized guidance and support from Sacro Cuore staff. However, it is important to note that only the most outstanding candidates are selected, which contributes to the overall quality of the program.

In addition to the benefits for students, collaboration with international partners facilitates the exchange of ideas and best practices between institutions, allowing them to learn from each other's academic and research experiences. This cooperation also offers the opportunity to generate joint research projects, which can lead to publications and increase the visibility of the institutions.

In conclusion, the relationship between Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and UEES flourishes because it is forged through a mutual dedication to excellence, fostering a global perspective and a spirit of collaboration.
