On Saturday, April 13, 2019, the inauguration of the Master's Degree in Educational Management was held, where more than 500 teachers gathered in the Great Regent Hall of the Holy Spirit University to receive the welcome and induction and thus begin this new process.
Among the authorities were Dr. Carlos Ortega Maldonado, Institutional Chancellor, Dr. Joaquín Hernández, UEES Rector, Dr. Marlena León Academic Vice Rector, Ms. Agustín Lindao, National Coordinator of the Teachers Network, Eq. Alberto Dahik, Director of ESAI-Postgraduate and Dr. Lisbeth Pérez, Director of the Master's Program in Educational Management.

The event culminated with an explanation of the process and methodology to be used during the 18 months of study for the master's degree. Afterwards, the online students received their first class, interpersonal skills, which was given by the Academic Vice Rector, Dr. Marlena León.
