Daniel Noboa was the fourth candidate invited to the Presidential Seminar 2023, held at the Espiritu Santo University, which aims to inform students of the proposals of those who aspire to the Presidency of the Republic. Noboa pointed out that for the country to be competitive, it must focus on the tax system, fuels, water and electricity.

“When Ecuadorians are asked what is the main problem in the country they answer that it is insecurity, but when people are asked directly what their main problem is most of the answers are economic: lack of employment, no opportunities, high prices, lack of customers,” said the candidate.

Additionally, Noboa stated that he would hold a popular consultation, propose the creation of five regional prisons for minor crimes and militarize the borders.

The 2023 Presidential Workshops are a valuable space for dialogue and citizen participation.
