General Recommendations
Fostering a “Culture of Safety”.”
The University is not responsible for forgotten objects, in any area of the University, classrooms, parking lots, etc. It is your responsibility to take care of them. Likewise, if the object is not yours, return it... your friend will appreciate it.
In case of finding any forgotten object, it is mandatory to deliver it to the General Secretary, Reception or report it to the Supervisor on duty or to the Head of Security.
If you need to review an incident through cameras, you must fill out a form at Reception, or directly at the Monitoring Center.
The use of the Identification Card is personal and non-transferable, and it must always be kept up to date.
It is completely forbidden to let people from outside the University enter without authorization from any Authority, even worse, to lend the ID card to another person, to avoid sanctions.
When you find a suspicious package, do the following, “DO NOT MOVE, DO NOT OPEN AND DO NOT TOUCH”, and communicate to the Supervisor or Head of Security.
Remember we have state-of-the-art closed-circuit cameras.
