This cooperation may be developed in the areas of training, research, publications, constitution of bibliographic funds, technical and logistical assistance; exchange of information technologies. And the development of training programs for students, professors, administrative staff of UEES and staff of the Court.
Taking advantage of the visit of the members of the national court of justice and promoting its “Open Justice» policy, which seeks to make the justice system more accessible to citizens, the international forum on «Open Justice" was jointly organized.«Judicialtech, legaltech and the administration of justice in Ecuador«.
With the arrival of the pandemic, within the justice administration system, a series of difficulties were observed that made citizens face challenges due to the use and application of new technologies in the procedural field.
In this forum we will count with the participation of professors of the UEES Graduate School of Law, The aim is to promote, jointly, between the academy and the Court, this necessary transformation and adaptation that the law and the administration of justice in Ecuador must face, resorting to new technologies and their application in the marketing and provision of legal services, thus modifying the traditional practice of law. The majority of litigators and users of the system need clear public policies that provide solutions that are also applied in the public and private fields.
