The Scimago Institutions Rankings (SIR) is a ranking of academic and research-related institutions ranked by a composite indicator that combines three different sets of indicators based on research performance, innovation output and social impact as measured by their visibility on the web.
In the SCImago Ranking we achieved first place in the country's «Environmental Science» research area.
The calculation is generated each year from the results obtained during a five-year period ending two years before the edition of the ranking. For 2022, the period 2015-2019 is considered.
