Objectives

Professional profile to be obtained

The graduate of the master's program will be a professional with the competencies to:

  • To have a solid theoretical-conceptual management of the categories of Administrative Law, Public Contracting and the new trends of Public Law, in addition to the theory of Public Administration, as well as the participation and collaboration between the public and private sectors.
  • Understand the public procurement procedures provided for in the new Ecuadorian regulatory framework and the application of pre-contractual procedures, framework agreements and other forms of public procurement in force in Ecuador.
  • To know the main legal instruments involved in the daily activities of the public administration, as well as the different manifestations of its will.
  • Distinguish administrative acts from other forms of manifestation of administrative will and understand their effects.
  • Acquire the necessary knowledge to be able to discern the different solutions to the problems that arise in the practical-legal life related to the administration and public procurement.

Admission Process

 
  1. Fill out the digital admission form, making sure to upload the following mandatory documents.
    • Identity card.
    • Title registration in Senescyt.
    • In the case of degrees issued abroad, the diploma must be duly apostilled or consular legalized.
  2. Make the payment of the registration fee (option included at the end of the digital form).
  3. Perform aptitude test.
  4. Interview with the Director of the master's program.
