Educación de Calidad The purpose of the improvement plan is to optimize the quality of education through leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation, given that a quality education provides the ideal conditions for the integral development of the individual.

To this effect, education in the present century calls for a change in the formation of the individual offered to society. In such a way that, the institutions of the different educational levels have today a great responsibility since it is up to them to contribute to the transformation and strengthening of a new conception of society through the formation of a new individual, of a new leader and entrepreneur.

Several working meetings with the authorities of the REA, the rectors of each institution to be involved, and teachers who are members of the institutions:

  • Tabulation and analysis of the results obtained after the application of the instrument (survey).
  • Several meetings are scheduled and crystallized with our specialists to redefine training routes and programs based on the shortcomings detected in the first phase of the intervened institutions.
  • Meeting with the authorities of the Schools of Education and Psychology (Faculty of Humanities) and Faculty of Communication of our University to continue with the progressive incorporation of our UEES students in the execution of the project, within the corresponding stages.
  • Virtual training for authorities, teachers and parents in each of the schools to be intervened.
  • Online trainings for UEES students selected for their progressive incorporation in the project.
  • Continued participation in working groups as a member of the ODS, representing UEES, as the person in charge of working group number 2 (Integral teacher training) in the Yachakuna project, phase of crystallization of courses offered.
  • Logistics and preparation of face-to-face workshops in the educational institutions to be intervened.
  • Logistics and preparation of the workshop Reinventing Education, in charge of Dr. Monserratt Creamer. Sponsored by the Research Line, endorsed by the Dean of the Faculty and the Director of the School of Education. Event carried out in conjunction with the Graduate School. Graduate School of Education. Directed to the students of our School of Education.
