UEES inaugurates its first break room to optimize academic performance.
Universidad Espíritu Santo (UEES) inaugurated its new Nap Room, a space specially designed to provide students with a quiet and comfortable place to rest and recharge their batteries between classes.
The rector of UEES, in his inaugural speech, highlighted the importance of this new initiative: «It is an honor for me to welcome you to the inauguration of our new Nap Room. We know that your well-being and academic performance are fundamental, and that is why we have created this place for you to rest and recharge your energies».
The Nap Room offers students the opportunity to relax in a peaceful environment, providing an ideal refuge for those who have class schedules with long periods of time between subjects or come from distant provinces. This new space is part of the university's ongoing efforts to improve student life.
«This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to foster a more balanced and positive study environment,» the rector added. «We want to offer them spaces that contribute to their physical and mental health, creating a healthier and happier student community.».
UEES University invites all students to visit and enjoy the new Nap Room, a space created with their well-being and academic success in mind.
