This Thursday, February 25, the application of the vaccine against Covid-19 was carried out, according to the vaccination plan established by the Ministry of Public Health.

More than 1,000 people were vaccinated. Of which, 286 health professionals were benefited with the second dose of the vaccine and 1,114 vaccines were applied among senior citizens and doctors from public and private hospitals. The vaccination day started at 08:00. The MSP staff was in charge of the registration and vaccination process, which consisted of more than 40 people.

The process was carried out at the UEES Clinic, due to the logistical and technical facilities it offers. The rooms were divided into 4 areas: registration area, vaccination area, waiting area and an emergency room.

Among the clinics and hospitals were: Hospital IESS Durán, Hospital Clínica Kennedy, Clínica Guayaquil, Hospital Clínica Alcívar, Clínica San Francisco, Omni Hospital, Hospital Bicentenario, UEES Clinic, among others.
