The Faculty of Law, Politics and Development of UEES organized the Conversatory Impact of the labor reform on the relationship between the company and its workers.

This academic meeting was attended by Pablo Arosemena Marriott, PhD., President of the Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce; Danilo Manosalvas Flores, Undersecretary of Labor and Ecuador Santacruz De La Torre, UEES professor and labor specialist.

These experts analyzed the application of labor reforms in the company, their temporary application, unemployment insurance, its financing and execution.

The moderator was Javier Coronel Zambrano, UEES professor, and the presenter of the event was Tito Quintero Jaramillo, Dean of the School of Law.
