Mia Friend, a student of the School of Environmental Sciences of the Faculty of Liberal Arts UEES, has been proclaimed world canoeing champion in France, after her outstanding participation in the C-2 500 meters of the World Cup in Boulogne.
UEES congratulates Mia on this important achievement and wishes her success in her sporting career.
