The Arbitration and Mediation Center of the UEES (CAM UEES) is already enabled in the Single Alimony System (SUPA).
The SUPA system guarantees the adequate process of collection and payment of alimony in favor of the children and relatives of our users, if they have signed a Mediation Agreement for the fixing of alimony, in which the amount to be paid and the bank account to which the payment should be made will be established. It will be the Mediator, who will order the payer of children and adolescents of the corresponding judicial unit, the creation of the card code in SUPA, which is essential for consultations and payments.
This service will not have an additional cost and is the most agile way to comply with the payment of alimony through mediation.
BENEFITS FOR PERSONS ENTITLED TO RECEIVE FOOD

- In case of late payments, the system guarantees the calculation of the respective interest, according to the active rate in force. They are provided with timely settlements, in case they need them, as long as they operate through SUPA.
BENEFITS FOR PERSONS OBLIGED TO PAY MAINTENANCE
- The payment for alimony is made by providing the cashier with the card code number that has been assigned by the Judiciary Council.
- SUPA immediately updates the payment made. This allows online verification of compliance with obligations.
- They are provided with timely settlements, if needed, as long as they operate through SUPA.
