SDG Education

The management of UEES is based on a SUSTAINABILITY MODEL and a fundamental pillar of this model is to socialize with the university community, especially with our students, the importance of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

As part of the socialization plan, UEES students of all undergraduate academic programs receive the mandatory subject ‘Sustainable Development’.

Knowing the history of the concept of sustainable development, as well as the SDGs, is important for the human and professional development of students integrated into a developing society. It is the students who will become future social leaders and must be contextualized to make the best decisions regarding the implementation of projects in their professional field of action without losing sight of environmental, social and economic considerations, to achieve sustainable development.
