On Tuesday, October 15, the signing of certificates and graduation toast was held in honor of the 8th graduating class of the Faculty of Medical Sciences “Dr. Enrique Ortega Moreira”.
On the 4th floor of the postgraduate building the students signed their graduation certificates and took the official photographs. Afterwards, they entered the Sala-Bar to wait for the authorities and start the event.
The welcoming remarks were made by Dr. Joaquín Hernández, Rector of the institution.
“You are the future of our country, you are the ones in charge of representing UEES wherever you go, demonstrating everything you learned in your years of study.”.
The future graduate, Doménica Andrea Sotomayor Salvatierra, spoke on behalf of her classmates. Finally, the toast was in charge of the Dr. Pedro Barberán, Dean of the School of Medical Sciences. The graduation ceremony will be held on Friday, October 18 in the Great Regent Hall of the Convention Center of Espiritu Santo University at 11:00.
