To the entire community

UEES - Espiritu Santo University > News > To the entire community

In view of the international pandemic of COVID-19 and the health emergency declared by the National Government, we reiterate the commitment of Espiritu Santo University to ensure the health care and safety of everyone in our community.

We have taken and will continue to take all necessary measures to prevent contagion:

  1. Undergraduate, Graduate and Continuing Education classes are being held in the following areas virtual way starting on Thursday, March 12. The same applies to the beginning of the leveling course (Pre-University), which is also scheduled to be taught virtually.
  2. Academic events organized by the institution are postponed until further notice.
  3. Employees will work in virtual offices, i.e., online from their homes.

UEES, aware that its commitment is to take care of us and others, will continue to evaluate the situation and communicate any decision through our official means.

The UEES also reminds us that it is necessary to take care of ourselves, not to self-medicate, not to spread unverified information, to create bonds of solidarity and to be aware of official announcements. On our official website www.uees.edu.ec you can find the official communiqués of the institution, the measures we have implemented, as well as useful information on how to proceed in case of contagion. This site will be permanently updated as the situation evolves.

Our duty in the face of this pandemic is to take care of ourselves and others.
Staying at home is your responsibility.
