The signing of the institutional cooperation agreement between UEES, represented by its rector Dr. Joaquín Hernández Alvarado, and Club Sport Emelec, represented by José Dante Antonio Pileggi Veliz, in his capacity as Special Representative of Mr. Nassib José Neme Antón, president and legal representative of the club, took place at the Patronato Hall of Universidad Espíritu Santo.

The purpose of the agreement is to establish the guidelines and general directives for the execution of Continuing Education courses, workshops and seminars, online or on-site, in areas related to sports and according to the interests of the parties.

José Dante Antonio Pileggi, the club's special proxy: “It is very gratifying to sign an agreement with UEES, since it allows us to train our members and people interested in sports. We are emulating the practices of big clubs such as Real Madrid and Barcelona of Spain, with respect to disseminating techniques and training people.”

This agreement shall have a term of two years and may be renewed or extended if it is in the best interests of the parties.
