Introduction
The current geopolitical, economic, social and educational environments are in this XXI century (dis)associated with (neo)technologies, which evolve to the extent that the learning of one of them is completed or moderately completed, permanent updating schemes appear, always moving in a short term, which fuels the constant nomenclatures of knowledge, thus generating a permanent need for educational components - empirical, curricular and scientific - to be able to have a solid formation in the handling of these, under penalty of remaining in the technological dependence of third parties, even if we talk about “artificial intelligence” schemes; because this necessarily, from a simple video or (de)construction of a face, the handling of vehicles without drivers, or operating trains or airplanes - without people in their controls and in testing periods - to the implantation of brain chips, necessarily requires human supervision in most of its processes; which is equivalent to say, that for now, this technological response, that is, artificial intelligence, is subordinated to the cognitive creation of human groups; although from several approaches it is intended to generate conceptualizations based on the (neo)technological that has surpassed any natural intelligence.
The spaces of neo and biotechnological conflicts have also centered on schemes of opposing visions. From the spheres of political - democratic and neo-totalitarian - and economic power, suprago-communication seems to be the horizontal bar that can sustain the different angles and verticalities that originate in those territories where the word - true or false - has become the one that can turn the ways of thinking into the hegemony of citizen control in terms of «non-violence», i.e., whoever can dominate suprago-communication in their approaches of citizen supremacy. that is to say, whoever can dominate suprageocommunication in its approaches of digital supremacy by validating its connotations of social amplitude, will also find the political and economic summits in developing its realities, and therefore, consolidate its doctrines of circumstantiality in any reality, be it moved by the effects of forces that seek a change, or of those that from a status quo seek to preserve their domains of power, whatever their specters of social control may be; understanding that suprageocommunication moves only in spaces strictly of thinking and thought, but that reasons external to it; verbigracia, of political control, these can impose (auto)censorship on the cognitive domains or beliefs in their geographic territories, under threats of behaviorist nature, but never on their spaces of consciousness and geopolitical, economic and social knowledge, which are converted into the educational components of a human formation.
I. Supra-Strategocommunication and Cosmostatisticism
Supra-geocommunication is basically found in the context of transnational communication, better known as “social networks”, and which, according to research by Giménez (2023), based on the report by Digital Report, a planetary leader in the context of this set of applications, placed the number of users at 4,760 million (p.11), which is equivalent to 59.4% of the global population, that is, 94.9% (p.12) of the population that is connected to the Internet on a global scale. Of this population, 46.3% are women and 53.7% are men.
However, the “social networks” distributed basically by Nyse - X, Pinterest, Snap - Meta - Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp - as well as TikTok, Telegram, Spotify, and others, to become the horizontality of suprageocommunication require their main computer supports that are subject with the big companies of communication, which are Apple, Microsoft - Windows, Blizzard and Linkedin -, Alphabet - Google, Google Play and YouTube - Amazon, and these in turn, materialized by Nvidia as a world leader in computing implements, among them, the chips that are underpinning the components of artificial intelligence.
Now, supragraeco-communicationality is linked to factors of computer power order, that is, cosmostatism, which represents behind all this imposing telecommunications structure a space that, in detail, would be the suprapolitical power in each territory and on a geoglobal scale, which can be implied in each nation, group of countries, or continents, and which, if not properly applied, has two very dangerous aspects:
1) To be managed without regulation spaces that should be decentralized by each city or region of the different territories with the purpose of balancing their mechanisms of influence and monopolistic character, because these do not act with the same intensity and strength in the different geographical spaces, but that take over the monopoly of information when the norms and laws of each country are centralized in this variable, and above all to implement their behaviorist aspects, from a transversality of political, economic and social axes.
2) 2) That the neo-totalitarian systems of some countries, allied with the owners of these transnationals or hackers, seek political, educational and cultural domination, imposing with disinformation and half-truths, condemnable dogmas, which would threaten human rights and the internal peace of each nation, or external in clear allusion to what would become regional wars - we already have the cases of Russia and Ukraine, Israel - Gaza - or a world war in the bio-political-technological plane, where we see that the great nations, and their ideological stages or satellites in each continent, would seek to take possession of that hegemony with contrary purposes on the peace of the planet, precisely, under the pseudo premise of a «new world order», which in real terms, would focus on being a few the owners of that «world», under the tendentious way to build collectivist visions of neo-slavery, and to impose restricted living conditions.
II. What are the components and structures that (dis)associate supragraeco-communication and cosmostatisticism?
Determining the set of components and structures that would be (dis)associated with supragraeco-communication and cosmostatism is not something visible in terms of geopolitical, economic, social and educational reality, but it is determinant on how the thinking characteristics of individuals and their human groups in each territory advance.
For example, if we see that ancestral or indigenous groups complain to the States about the intrusion of capitalist and extractivist groups in their territorial spaces, without the existence of minimum standards of respect for their cultures, and even less for environmental rights, and the former, having the power of suprago-communication, unleash campaigns against the latter, accusing them of bandits and delinquents, and in addition, the former executes its «State» forces with judicial condemnation roles over the original groups, and the suprageocommunication of these networks, only executes the messages of the dominant groups, without the existence of preponderant facts of justice over those who have been violated in their natural rights, we will have the perversion of a cosmostatism, where the groups of political power manipulate the evidence in their favor. In other words, the forces of hegemonic power are imposed, and positive suprageocommunication is defeated, even though its evidence has transcended the digital spaces to the whole world.
On the contrary, if this supragraeco-communication is able to amputate the violations on the habitats of the native groups, the cosmostatism from the decentralization of a State power, which grants each city, region or community the solution to its own conflicts, in this case of territorial exploitations, we will have a balance of well-being for peace, and in case extractivist practices are necessary, it is clear that these would only be done under the schemes of environmental balance and respect for the rights of life of the native peoples.
III How do your thoughtful validation schemes intertwine supragraeco-communication and cosmostatisticism?
Supra-geocommunication and cosmostatisticism are structures that, although they act separately, tend - although not necessarily - to be complementary in their purposes. The first is verifiable with its positioning, basically in the so-called social networks, and whose impact varies in each network, not only in its messages, but also in the power exercised by the so-called «influencers», where such contents may have political, economic, social, educational and cultural purposes, with a marked orientation in which such messages are positive or contrary to certain circumstances. Verbigracia, although suprageocommunication would have a greater effect of power on the consciousness of the masses, it is cosmostatism with its schemes, basically of political power that imposes the internal or external behavioral narratives on societies.
In such a context, in the field of suprageocommunication, we can exemplify that an analyst of recognized political or economic trajectory, has his strengths in networks such as X or similar, while an artist, singer or similar, has most of his followers on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, which although it would not be decisive, it would be preponderant. In the case of cosmoestadism, it is the narratives - true or false - that seek to impose their spaces of «reason» regardless of whether they are network or traditional media, and of course, they are generated through equipment and laboratories, basically of political or economic power, because in this case, the social power, which could have in its favor, the structure of suprageocommunication, would not always have that political or economic power.
It should also be noted that on some occasions the thought of suprageo-communication and cosmostatisticism are absolutely opposed to each other. A recent case was what happened in Bangladesh, when a university strike, triggered days later, and after such protests were labeled as «terrorist» by the authorities of the political power, originated a rupture of that command structure, which had been under political control for almost three decades. In other words, the networks were a factor that multiplied a position of focused protest - university - to one of general character. Who influenced in this or that way on the behavior of the demonstrators and non-conformists with such protest space derived in a social and political conflict? It is something that will have to be studied in the historical evolution, if factors of large telecommunications transnationals drove the number of those who went to the streets of that country during those days, or if in contrast, those same transnationals tried to be part of the narrative of the overthrown status quo, or finally, there was never any interest of these in being part of a factor or another, maintaining neutrality.
IV. Supra- communicationality and Cosmostatisticism: In what terms do they support the geopolitical, economic, social and educational environments?
At the level of the transnationals of supra-geocommunication and cosmostatism, we are seeing realities that are beginning to confront each other as to who would be «right». Thus, a judge in Brazil determined that if the social network X does not comply with a ruling of a local court on the temporary elimination of certain accounts it would be a violation of the laws of that country, and the response of the owner of this powerful source of telecommunications, Elon Musk, has been to suspend its operations in the Amazonian nation. Here we see clearly, how suprageocommunication and cosmostatism are directly linked in both directions and environments: geopolitical, economic, social and educational.
Indeed, in both cases, supra-geocommunication generates its truths, and that which imposes its narrative of «reason» both internally and externally in Brazil, without ruling out that they could be different for intra or extra territorial spaces, with a very particular vision, where cosmostatism, only one of them will be able to advance in its spaces of dominance of global acceptance, that is, we are in the presence of the cosmostatism of a telecommunications transnational and the other of a Nation-State. In fact, something similar happened when the European Union tried with a communiqué to warn the owner of the same social network about alleged «infractions» that could have been committed by a conversation that Elon Musk would have with the presidential candidate in the United States, Donald Trump.
A message from any person in any social network can reach the maximum limits of supragraeco-communication, transcending the geopolitical, economic, social and educational spheres. Cosmostatism is the hegemony of power and narrative - true or false - to impose collective behaviors using these same networks, even with the effects of legal control. Supra-geocommunication does not need laws or norms to reach the farthest corners of the planet, and any human being can be a protagonist. Cosmostatism, for now, is originated by the great factors of power, and they will only succeed in human freedoms when they hand over that power to the social groups that are part of their territorial structures.
Supra-geocommunication and cosmostatism if they are in a common orientation, that is to say, if they go the same way, peoples and powers unite, if they go in opposite ways they repel each other. For the time being, the geopolitical, economic, social and educational environments make up the four cardinal points of suprageocommunication and cosmostatism.
