Eureka Factory

The Eureka Factory Incubation Program is designed to foster the development of innovative and high-impact ventures, providing participants with key tools to transform their ideas into viable and sustainable businesses. Through specialized workshops, personalized mentoring and networking activities, the program offers comprehensive support tailored to the needs of early stage projects.

The selected students will have access to training, free consulting, coworking spaces at the Eureka Entrepreneurship Center, and opportunities to connect with investors and experts in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. In addition, their projects will be disseminated through the center's digital channels, increasing their visibility and growth potential.

Objectives

  1. Promote the development of innovative business ideas within the university community.

  2. Promote the connection between entrepreneurs, mentors and experts to strengthen the projects.

  3. Dynamize the university entrepreneurial ecosystem, promoting ventures with high impact potential.

 

 

Participant profile

  • Be an active UEES student.
  • Form a team of 2 to 5 members with complementary skills.
  • Have a business idea at an early stage of development.

Incubation Program Activities

Kick off meeting

Introduction to the program, definition of objectives and introspection of the reasons for undertaking.

Thematic sessions

Spaces where key knowledge about entrepreneurship and business is imparted and participants apply the knowledge to their own business.

Periodic reviews

Follow-up on the progress of each venture and adjustments to the strategy.

Specialized mentoring

Sessions with experts to address key business areas. Entrepreneurs, consultants and experts in various areas provide personalized mentoring, guiding participants in the development and validation of their projects.

 

Collaborative Feedback

Sessions where participants receive comments and suggestions from instructors and other students, encouraging peer-to-peer learning.

Networking activities

Connections with other entrepreneurs and investors.

Commitments

  • Actively participate in all programmed activities and sessions.
  • Comply with the meetings agreed upon with mentors, instructors and coordinators.
  • Apply incubation tools and methodologies in the development of the business idea.
  • Execute the activities and meet the objectives established in the work plan of the undertaking, assuming responsibility for the progress of the project.
  • Contribute to the promotion, awareness and dissemination of entrepreneurship in the university community.
  • Enable the collection of information on the development of the venture for the evaluation and measurement of the program's impact.
  • Support future generations of the incubation program, either as advisors or by sharing their experience.

Proposal evaluation criteria 

To access the Eureka Factory Incubation Program, ventures and entrepreneurs will be evaluated by the Eureka Entrepreneurship Center, together with its network of mentors and specialists in various areas. Each proposal will be analyzed by at least 2 evaluators, who will determine its suitability for incubation based on the following criteria:

This evaluation process ensures that the selected projects have the potential to become sustainable, high-impact businesses within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
