Graduated as a lawyer of the Courts and Tribunals of the Republic, by the University of Espiritu Santo.
Master's Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from the University of Barcelona and Advanced Master's Degree in Legal Sciences from the Pompeu Fabra University.
His areas of specialization include Criminal Law, specializing in Intellectual Property, Computer Crimes and Unfair Competition.
Director of Criminal Proceedings in Intellectual Property matters of the law firm Crealegis S.A.
He was a research fellow at the Max Plank Institute for International Criminal Law in Freiburg, Germany.
Since 2014 he has been a lecturer at UEES, teaching Criminal Law, Criminal Science, Economic Criminal Law, Philosophy of Law and Fundamentals of Law.
He currently serves as Provincial Director of Guayas in the disciplinary area of the Judiciary Council.
