On Tuesday, February 19, the Forum: “Just Wars” Questions about Venezuela was held at the Great Regent Hall of the Universidad Espíritu Santo.
The moderator of the event was the Director of the Master of Laws, Pablo Alarcón, and the panelists for the development of the theme were Dr. Joaquín Hernández, Rector UEES, Alberto Dahik, Francisco Swett and General Luís Hernández on passive duty.
Each speaker developed his idea in a time of 10 minutes. The possible solutions, conflicts with other countries and the mistakes Venezuela had made to reach this point were discussed.
The forum concluded with a round of questions for each speaker to answer questions raised by the audience.
