Universidad Espiritu Santo (UEES) co-hosted the event. QS Higher Ed Summit: Americas 2024, held in Mexico City. This meeting, focused on excellence and internationalization of higher education, was attended by Eliana Molina, Academic Vice Chancellor; Paula Henao, President of the QS Advisory Council for the Americas and Vice Chancellor of International Relations; and Daniela Hidalgo, Director of Quality and Global Standards at UEES.

During the Summit, UEES representatives actively participated in the panel discussions. Eliana Molina, Vice Chancellor for Academics, was part of the panel «Redefining Student Attraction», sharing innovative strategies to attract students in an increasingly globalized world. As co-host UEES participated in the opening and closing speeches of the event.

Daniela Hidalgo spoke on the panel «Igniting a Green Renaissance in Higher Ed», where she addressed the actions needed to promote sustainability in higher education. Paula Henao conducted the event as master of ceremonies together with Paul Thurman, research professor at Columbia University.

 

UEES' participation in the QS Higher Ed Summit Americas 2024 reinforces its commitment to internationalization and its focus on offering quality education, positioning itself as an academic reference in the region. This event also evidences its leadership in promoting sustainability and educational innovation at a global level.
