Description

The main objective of the bachelor's degree in organizational psychology is to train professionals specialized in Organizational Psychology capable of understanding and analyzing human behavior in work and organizational contexts. Through theoretical and practical training, they will be able to design and apply strategies that promote the well-being of employees, the efficiency of work teams and the optimization of organizational processes, thus contributing to the sustainable development and success of companies and organizations.
