Alumni from the School of Humanities of the Espiritu Santo University shared reflections on mental health with the Dr. Enrique Rojas, Spanish Psychiatrist recognized for dealing with depression, anxiety and personality disorders.

Director of the Rojas Estapé Institute, the doctor is a professor who visited Ecuador to talk about happiness and made a space in his agenda to have a exclusive dialogue with psychology students at UEES.

During the meeting, several topics were discussed, among them, it was emphasized that in order to be happy, human beings should not focus on what happens to them, but on the meaning or interpretation they give to what happens to them.

The event also included the recognition of the teachers of the Faculty and the presentation of the Honorary Professor Diploma to the special guest.
