Target

The goal of the Executive Certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Productivity is to train professionals, entrepreneurs and team leaders in the strategic use of AI to increase productivity, automate key tasks and make data-driven decisions, with a practical approach and adapted to real business environments.

- Use AI tools to boost your productivity and business efficiency.
- Use generative AI as an ally in the learning process, especially to develop skills in programming, automation and advanced analytics.
- Learn Python in a practical and guided way through the strategic use of AI, applying it to solve real business problems.
- Automate business processes using low-code/no-code tools powered by AI.
- Develop competencies in data analytics and machine learning to improve evidence-based decision making.
- Integrate AI in marketing and sales strategies, optimizing campaigns, segmentation and conversion. - Implement practical, creative and scalable solutions with AI in various productive sectors, adapted to the professional environment of each participant.

Aimed at

Professionals, entrepreneurs, team leaders and decision makers who wish to integrate artificial intelligence tools into their work environment and enhance the efficiency of their processes.

Minimum requirements: Basic knowledge of office automation and digital environment. Previous programming experience is not required.

Pass requirements: Each module includes a practical deliverable that validates the participant's learning. These deliverables may include: automated flows, data analysis, predictive models or marketing campaigns with AI, depending on the course.

The evaluation criteria consider the effective application of tools, the resolution of a real problem and the clarity in the documentation of results.

Instructors

Andres Barriga

Master in Business Administration (UTFSM, Chile), with diplomas in Project Management and Human Resources (PUC, Chile). He teaches Strategy and Business Analysis at the Faculty of Entrepreneurship at UEES. From the Eureka Entrepreneurship Center, he has led training programs in artificial intelligence, training more than 700 students, professionals and managers in Ecuador. He advises organizations in the adoption of generative AI to improve productivity, automate processes and make strategic decisions based on data. He chairs the Ambulancia Deseo Ecuador Foundation, where he promotes projects that integrate health, technology and social impact.

Jorge Cañizares

Computer Engineer (ESPOL), MBA from the University of Quebec in Montreal, with specialization in Marketing (ESPAE) and Master in Artificial Intelligence (UNIR). He has extensive experience in technical and management roles in complex technology projects, and since 2018 participates in international Machine Learning initiatives applied to various sectors, using open source tools such as Python and SQL. He is currently developing AI and GenAI solutions for companies and institutions.

Karla Gonzalez

Professional in Web Development (UCSG), with a Bachelor in Computer Information Systems with concentration in Networking (Missouri Valley College) and a Master in Educational Management (UEES). He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education with a research line in Educational Innovation. She has extensive experience in technology and education, serving in roles such as director, academic coordinator, technology project leader and teacher at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She has developed and implemented educational platforms, websites, administrative systems and digital strategies for public and private institutions. She currently promotes educational innovation projects, digital transformation and virtual learning environments, integrating AI tools, VR/AR and instructional design.
