UEES - Espiritu Santo University > Doctorate in Administration > From Medellin: UEES Doctorate in Administration present in ASCOLFA 2025

The Doctorate in Administration and Management of Organizations of UEES continues to expand its presence in international academic spaces. During the 2025 edition of the ASCOLFA International Conference, held in Medellín, Colombia, on doctoral candidate Ricardo Vinueza presented advances in his ongoing research.

In his speech, Vinueza presented an analysis on how organizations innovate in contexts of high uncertainty, a line of research that seeks to understand the factors that drive organizational adaptability in complex environments. His proposal aroused the interest of several researchers and attendees for its critical and current approach.

The event also offered a space for academic exchanges, where Ricardo had the opportunity to dialogue with Professor Herman Aguinis, a key figure in the field of academic management at the global level. This meeting allowed him to explore new perspectives for the development of his research and to open doors to future international collaborations.

Participation in ASCOLFA 2025 is part of the doctoral program's commitment to foster the scientific visibility of its candidates and promote dialogue with high-level academic networks in Latin America and the world.
