On Monday, October 12, the signing of the technical cooperation agreement between the Universidad Espíritu Santo and the Guayaquil Water Fund (FONDAGUA) for water conservation in the Daule River basin.
UEES was represented by its rector, Joaquín Hernández Alvarado FONDAGUA was represented by José Luis Santos in his capacity as chairman of the board of directors, delegated by the general manager of EMAPAG EP.
After learning of her appointment, President Moreno, through his official Twitter account, congratulated her. Muñoz was part of the shortlist proposed by President Moreno, which also included the Minister of Government, María Paula Romo and the Secretary General of the Presidency, Juan Sebastián Roldán.
The objective of this agreement is to establish a framework for cooperation between the parties in the areas of research, community outreach and social responsibility that may be of mutual interest.

This agreement is for a period of 2 years and may be renewed by mutual agreement between the parties.
