UEES received the visit of Alessia Dassum, Consul of Italy in Ecuador.
The visit was in charge of the Faculty of International Studies (ICP) and its main objective was to discuss the creation of university agreements with educational units of the European country and the management of cultural events to strengthen relations between the two countries.
During the visit, Dr. Joaquín Hernández, UEES rector, highlighted the importance of making Italian culture known to university students and the community of Guayaquil, since its history has a high impact on societies.
At the end of the dialogue, Isidro Fierro, dean of ICP, together with Andrea Losada, ICP Coordinator, and Natalia Obelleiro, professor, accompanied Dassum and Dr. Hernandez on a tour of the campus that included the Presidents' Museum, the School of Communication, the Medical Simulation Clinic and the UEES Convention Center.
