UEES hosted a free conference given by Jean Pierre Garnier Malet, an expert in splitting.
He also gave a two-day Initial Training Seminar at the UEES Convention and Postgraduate Center.
Garnier, born in 1940 in Châtellerault, is a physicist in fluid mechanics and author of The Doubling Theory of Space and Time.
