The Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES) has been awarded by Líderes por los ODS, Pacto Global Red Ecuador and Tonicorp in recognition of its valuable contribution in the creation and development of the Methodological Guide: «Community Leaders with a Focus on Nutrition and Productive Development». This recognition underscores UEES's commitment to promoting community well-being and sustainable development in Ecuador.
The Faculty of Communication of UEES played a leading role in the Scientific and Communication Commissions, consolidating a collaborative work in the implementation of strategies that promote community leadership. This project focuses on the fight against Chronic Childhood Malnutrition, a critical problem in the country.
This achievement encourages the School of Communication to take on new challenges to continue promoting community leadership and contribute to social transformation, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). UEES reaffirms its commitment to generate significant changes in vulnerable communities in Ecuador.
