Entry Profile

Professionals with a third level degree in areas of knowledge related to Education, Social and Behavioral Sciences (Economics, Political Science, and Psychology), Law, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Administration (Financial Management, Accounting and Auditing, Administration, Marketing and Advertising, and Commerce), or Engineering, Industry and Construction, and Health and Welfare (Medicine) duly registered in SENESCYT.

Schedules

Monday to Thursday from 18:30 to 22:30 or Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 to 17:30, according to academic planning.

Intensive weeks of classes with international teachers, from Monday to Sunday.

Professional profile to be obtained

The graduate of the master's program will be a professional with the competencies to:

  • Design, implement and evaluate public policies based on the analysis and critique of the political, economic, financial, social, legal and administrative aspects involved in public management.
  • To lead and manage government agencies taking into account interculturality, knowledge, gender and respect for the rights of the users of public agencies.
  • To consolidate teams of collaborators that are multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, cohesive, with values and principles, respectful of interculturality, the rights of good living and critical of their actions, through the application of Leadership and Negotiation, values and professional ethics.
  • Ability to conduct research in the following areas: Analysis and Evaluation of Public Policies, Leadership in Public Administrations, Management and Control of Public Organizations, Economic Development and Public Management.

Objectives

  • Design, implement and evaluate public policies based on the analysis and critique of the political, economic, financial, social, legal and administrative aspects of public management.
  • Lead and manage government agencies taking into account interculturality, knowledge, gender and respect for the rights of users of public agencies.
  • To organize and consolidate cohesive interdisciplinary teams of collaborators, with ethical values and communication skills, respectful of diversity and rights.
  • Conduct high impact applied research in Public Policy; Leadership in Public Administration; Management and Control of Public Organizations; Economic Development and Public Management, among others.

Admission Process

  1. Make payment of the registration fee.
  2. Fill out the admission form and submit it together with the following documents:
    • Identity Card.
    • Third level degree.
    • 2 copies of the title registration in SENESCYT.
  3. Perform aptitude test.
  4. English test: Your A1 science is required.
  5. Interview with the Director of the master's program.
