Graduated as a Commercial Engineer from the School of Economics of Espiritu Santo University and specialized in maritime transport in London, England.
In 2007 he founded Musiert, a company specialized in the inspection of bulk cargoes for maritime transport, is today the market leader with a 80% share of the cargo market.
For more than 8 years he worked for Ecuadorian Naval Shipyards (Astinave), with which he has experience in the management of public companies.
His current position is as Director of the Port Authority of Guayaquil.
