Biography

Ma. Elizabeth Arteaga García is Director and professor of the Master in Project Management, modalities: face-to-face and online, at UEES, and Co-editor of the scientific journal PODIUM. Arteaga has been Vice President of the Guayaquil chapter of PMI Ecuador, Evaluation Coordinator of CEAACES, Consulting and Training Manager of Paragon Project Partners, and Coordinator of Research Projects at ESPAE-ESPOL. In addition, she has been a consultant in data analysis and market research. She has written academic articles, books and book chapters in the area of entrepreneurship, as well as articles on project management for the main business magazines in the country. She holds a Master in Project Management from Ramón Llull University (Spain), an MBA from UQAM (Canada) and the international Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.
