Cesar Espinoza

Director of the Graduate Business School

He is an academic and executive defined by the purpose of fostering «Education for a better world». His leadership fuses endurance sport with strategic business vision to build leaders and generate access to knowledge that promotes virtuous businesses, families and individuals.

With more than 20 years of being linked to the business sector, and more than 15 years of experience in teaching and management, he is an agent of transformation in the business and educational ecosystem. He has held key positions in multinationals such as Nestlé, Unilever, Colgate Palmolive, Tonicorp-Topsy and today ARCA CONTINENTAL-COCA COLA. He is Board Member of several institutions in Ecuador.

He holds a PhD in Strategic Business Management from CENTRUM PUCP and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He also had the opportunity to study a master's degree at Universidad San Francisco de Quito. He is an Industrial Engineer from ESPOL.
He is certified in Case Method by Harvard Business School. And Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Salamanca. He teaches Business Strategy, Supply Chain and Cultural Transformation. He leads lines of research focused on Innovation, Family Businesses, Digital Competitiveness, Gender Equity and Digital Transformation and Humanistic Leadership.
