Agricultural engineer graduated from the Earth University of Costa Rica.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Espiritu Santo and a diploma in Ecological Economics from the University of Buenos Aires.
He has 15 years of experience in environmental management and sustainable development.
He has held different positions such as: general manager of the Municipal Public Company for the Management of Innovation and Competitiveness (Epico), Director of Environment of the Municipality of Guayaquil and Corporate Director at SAMBITO S.A. Soluciones Ambientales Totales.
She currently serves as Vice Minister of Environment, Water and Ecological Transition. of Ecuador.
