Aimed at

Professionals with a third level university degree duly registered by Senescyt, in the specific area of education, who are interested in specializing in educational processes, through the acquisition of knowledge, and the optimal development of skills and attitudes, in order to contribute to improve the educational quality of the institutions of the sector and its environment, applying innovative didactic, pedagogical and management techniques.

Curriculum

Target

To train highly qualified professionals in the educational field for the efficient exercise of educational processes, in accordance with social contexts and national and international development plans.

Professional profile to be obtained

The graduate of the master's program will be a professional with the competencies to:

  • Ability to apply the new educational theories, as well as the concomitant procedures and instruments in the different areas of development of educational processes.
  • Ability to produce knowledge articulated to the plans and programs of the nation and that come from the formation of the practice and experience linked as a reference of the pedagogical processes.
  • Knowledge to develop new teaching practice competencies.
  • Skills to promote fundamental competencies on the management of interculturality in education.

Director of Master in Education

Lisbeth Pérez is the Director of the Master's Program in Educational Management at the Universidad Espíritu Santo (UEES), holds a Doctorate in Education from the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador (Venezuela), a Master's Degree in Education with a specialization in Higher Education Teaching from the Universidad de Oriente (Venezuela) and a Bachelor's Degree in Integral Education from the Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana (Venezuela).

Admission Process

  1. Make payment of the registration fee.
  2. Fill out the admission form and submit it together with the following documents (incomplete folders will not be accepted).
    • 2 color copies of the identity card.
    • 2 color copies of the voting certificate.
    • 2 color copies of the notarized third level diploma.
    • 2 copies of the title registration at SENESCYT. (This document is printed directly from the SENESCYT web page. www.senescyt.gob.ec).
    • 2 copies of updated resume.
    • 2 sets of backup copies that support the information detailed in the resume.
    • 1 updated labor certificate (original and copy).
    • 3 letters of updated personal references (original and copy).
    • Copy of the MSP card issued by the MSP showing the percentage of disability (if applicable).
    • 1 letter of motivation addressed to the UEES Graduate School, explaining why you decided to enroll in our master's program (Maximum 500 words).
    • 4 passport size photos.
  3. Perform aptitude test.
  4. Interview with the Director of the master's program.
  5. English test: A1 proficiency is required.
