In compliance with the provisions of the Superior Academic University Council of the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo and in exercise of the powers conferred by this body to the members of the UEES electoral tribunal, the UEES community with the right to vote is hereby summoned to elect on May 20, 2022 the representatives to the higher collegiate body of the UEES.
Registration of candidacies from April 29, 2022 to May 5, 2022, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Faculty of Law, Politics and Development located on the second floor of building P of the UEES campus.
Certificate of qualification: the general secretariat of the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo will grant to those interested in participating as candidates to any of the representations, a certificate of qualification on the fulfillment of the pertinent requirements, for which purpose the candidates must fill out a form containing their personal data and the declaration of compliance with the requirements of the LOES, the internal regulations of the UEES, the UEES electoral regulations and the applicable provisions for this purpose.
Challenges will be received until May 10, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in the offices of the Faculty of Law, Politics and Development, building P, second floor.
The Court will make official, through the authorized means, the candidates that were qualified to take part in the electoral process. The resolution of any challenges and / or correction of errors will be made until Wednesday, May 11.
Until May 13, 2022 the electoral tribunal shall appoint and notify the members of the electoral boards.
The electoral campaign will be held from May 12 to May 17, 2022, the candidates shall conduct their electoral campaign only in the means and forms determined by the electoral tribunal, shall observe the provisions contained in the electoral regulations duly approved by the Higher Academic University Council and the decisions of the electoral tribunal.
