What is ArchSurvivor?

ArchSurvivor is the event that tests your ingenuity and ability to create under pressure. For 24 hours, 10 teams of 5 students face an extreme design challenge where only creativity, teamwork and passion for building will make the difference.

Contest Rules

Participation Requirements

  • The challenge is aimed exclusively at students of the Faculty of Architecture.
  • Each team will be formed by a maximum of 5 members.
  • The maximum quota will be 10 teams (50 students in total).
  • Only those who have passed the courses may enroll:
    - Architectural Design III / Workshop I
    - Digital Drawing
  • All members of the group must be in agreement and aware that the challenge implies an intensive 24-hour workday, remaining within the University's facilities without the possibility of being absent.

Registration Process

  • Registration will be done through the official online form.
  • Each group must be registered by a representative, who will provide the information of the 5 members (full name, student code, career, institutional e-mail).
  • Once the form has been sent, the representative will receive a notice of receipt.
  • The official confirmation of participation will be sent later to the team representative's email address, once the academic requirements have been verified.

     

Participant Commitments

By registering, each student accepts and agrees to:
- Comply with the 24-hour permanence of the challenge within the University.
- Respect the rules of coexistence, safety and use of the facilities.
- Work collaboratively as a team.
- Assume responsibility for compliance with academic and participation requirements.

General Considerations

- Teams will be registered in strict order of registration until the maximum quota is reached.
- No changes of members will be allowed after the official registration is closed.
- Failure to comply with any of the rules set forth herein shall be grounds for immediate disqualification.
